Biotin 5 mg N high -dose
for skin , hair and nails
The recommended dose is: 1 Biotin 5 mg N tablet daily (corresponding to 5 mg biotin). Swallow the tablets whole with sufficient liquid.
One tablet contains: 5.0 mg biotin. The other ingredients are: glycerol (mono/di/tri)alkanoate (C14-C18) (15:12:73); microcrystalline cellulose; lactose monohydrate; povidone K25; crospovidone (type A); poly(O-carboxymethyl) starch; sodium salt; magnesium stearate.
