The capsules dissolve in the stomach after ingestion, and due to the natural swelling capacity of the ingredient konjac glucomannan, they expand to many times their original volume. This creates a pleasant feeling of satiety, allowing you to naturally eat less at subsequent meals or to extend the time between meals to feel full. Over time, this automatically trains the stomach to manage with less food, thus saving calories. You eat less and still feel comfortably full without constant hunger.
Glucomannan satiety capsules, when combined with a balanced diet, can help you reach your desired weight. The ingredient itself is naturally excreted undigested. Glucomannan satiety capsules are not considered part of a diet plan for diabetes mellitus.

One glucomannan saturation capsule contains 400 mg of konjac glucomannan as the active ingredient. Other ingredients: cellulose, calcium carbonate, capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose
Take 2 to 3 capsules half an hour to an hour before meals. Swallow the capsules whole with plenty of calorie-free liquid (at least 300 ml), such as 1-2 glasses of unsweetened tea or water. The usual daily intake – based on 3 meals – is 6 to 9 capsules. Ensure adequate daily fluid intake (at least 2 liters).
