Magnesium is an essential mineral required for numerous metabolic processes in the body. It is indispensable for nerve and muscle function and is involved in the activity of more than 300 enzyme systems. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal nerve function, and normal energy metabolism. Adolescents, pregnant women, and breastfeeding mothers, in particular, should ensure an adequate magnesium intake. Magnesium supplementation is also recommended during periods of intense physical exertion (e.g., sports) or with an unbalanced diet.
Magnesium carbonate, bulking agents cellulose and cross-linked carboxymethylcellulose, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Take 2 tablets daily, preferably 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, with liquid (e.g. 1/2 glass of water) with meals.
